The building is supprted by a reinforced concrete structure. The exterior walls are made of drywall technology and ventilated facades which provide excellent thermal insulation. The ground floor facade is finished with stone panels while the upper facade is finished with ceramic panels.
Elevation (1:200)
One of the characteristic features of the project are the logias. They repeat the same leitmotive of a trapezoid shape and create a connection with the common coridor spaces through the glassed openings. It created the unique play of light during the day and helps to avoid a feeling of long boring coridor spaces that are common with such typology of the buildings. The interiors of the rooms are very simple. The use of natural textures and light colors creates welcoming and comfortable enviironment for the guests.
